Who are you and why should we connect?

I’ve been working lately with several real estate agents, offices, and executives on their social media marketing.  With each client, we are asking the same questions and I thought I’d share some of them with you.

Who are YOU as a person and what are you willing to share with others?

Will you be transparent?  When someone meets the “in person” you, will it be the persona they’ve come to know online?

Why would someone find you interesting?

Who is your target audience?

What kinds of things are they talking about?

What information do they want/need?

How do they communicate with each other?

What kinds of things can you do to earn their trust?

Social media marketing isn’t just about being an information pump.  It’s about really connecting with your audience.  It’s about getting to know THEM and their needs.
